These terms apply to any assignment, engagement or proposal between TrueSkills Consultancy (Herentals, Belgium, VAT BE 0762.505.023) and a client, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Every assignment begins with an introduction and a tailored proposal outlining the services, scope, timing and pricing, as described on the “How We Work” page. Work only begins once both parties agree to that proposal.
Pricing is based on the scope, duration and requirements of each assignment and is confirmed in writing before work begins. No standard published rate applies to every engagement.
Any business, HR or personal information shared as part of an assignment is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties without permission, except where required by law.
TrueSkills Consultancy delivers services with professional care. Liability for any assignment is limited to the fees paid for that specific assignment, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction over Herentals, Belgium.
