TrueSkills Consultancy (“we”, “us”), based in Herentals, Belgium, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us through this website.
This website does not run a contact form — enquiries are made directly by email or phone, using the details on the Contact section. When you contact us that way, we only hold the information you choose to share in that email or call (for example, your name, contact details and the nature of your enquiry). We do not collect any personal data automatically through this website.
Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal if requested, and follow up about the assignment you contacted us for. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
We process your information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services, and, where a collaboration follows, on the basis of the contract between us. Where we rely on consent for anything else, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
Enquiry data is retained only for as long as needed to handle your request and, where a collaboration follows, for the duration of that collaboration plus any period required by Belgian accounting or tax law.
